According to ParallelChain Lab, the Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson will be the featured keynote speaker at the blockchain event set for 2 December 2022.

Former PM is renowned globally for his support for innovation

Johnson was the UK Prime Minister between 2019 and 2022, and was also the Mayor of London. Mr Johnson is a globally renowned leader with great input across the education, technology and infrastructure sectors.

Indeed, the ex-PM’s tenure saw several positive developments across the UK crypto ecosystem.

Sunak was part of the former PM’s cabinet as Chancellor of the Exchequer.

ISBA 2022 is an inaugural event, as the organiser notes on their website, which targets at bringing to the fore blockchain platforms as the core of the digital infrastructure.  The global event will focus on the role of blockchain technology in the path to a digital economy.

The main topic will be on interoperability across decentralised finance (DeFi) and centralised finance (CeFi) and will speakers, including technologists, blockchain industry leaders and venture capitalists share their views.
